Zhejiang Jinsheng Textile Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shaoxing County Jinsheng Textile Co., Ltd., founded in 2002) is rooted in China Textile City, Asia's largest textile distribution hub. As a large-scale import and export fabric manufacturer integrating independent R&D, design, and industrial trade, the company is recognized as a Tianzhu Fiber Suiting Fabric Product Development Base, a National Bamboo Pulp Fiber Blended Functional Fabric Product Development Base, and a Smart Weaving Digital Innovation Joint Laboratory (Base). Upholding the philosophy of sustainable development, Jinsheng is committed to producing high-end functional fabrics, with an annual output reaching tens of millions of meters. We deeply understand the responsibility of harmonizing the textile industry with the environment, embedding eco-friendly principles throughout the entire process¡ªfrom raw material selection and process innovation to production management.
The company operates 180 Picanol PLUS800 air-jet looms equipped with six-color weft selectors, alongside a full suite of textile machinery, including splicing machines, twisting machines, and warping machines. Our product quality has been certified by GB/T and ISO standards. Moreover, we actively adopt advanced energy management systems and resource-intensive technologies to continuously optimize equipment efficiency, significantly reducing energy consumption and ecological impact per unit of output. Our subsidiary, Zhejiang Xianye New Material Technology Co., Ltd., has been certified as a Zhejiang Provincial Technology-Based SME, jointly driving industry-wide technological progress. Currently, the company holds ten valid patents (including five invention patents and five utility model patents), with core technologies fully protected by independent intellectual property rights.
We take great pride in the fact that the white shirt-pants and ceremonial dress fabrics worn by the Chinese delegation at the 2024 Olympic Games opening ceremony were innovatively developed by Jinsheng. This fabric combines our self-developed bamboo pulp fiber and BHP functional polyester new material, offering exceptional natural eco-friendliness, antibacterial properties, and UV protection while embodying deep environmental considerations in both material selection and production processes. Our "Ride the Bamboo" textile series breaks the traditional limitation of bamboo fiber fabrics being primarily used in spring-summer clothing, pioneering its application in soft and warm autumn-winter garments.
